FAKE LOVE/ Airplane pt. 2 - BTS Japanese Versions Review
In Honor of Burn The Stage's Release. Here is an unplanned review of the Japanese Versions.
FAKE LOVE - Japanese ver.
This song is the same as Fake Love - Korean version. In my personal opinion, this song is easier to do a cover of, singing wise, due to it being in Japanese. Japanese seems to be an easier language to pronounce; but that is my personal opinion. All of their voices do go down an octave in this song, however Jimin's (third in from the left) octaves do well to stay the same.
The meaning of the song stays the same. The story of a boy being broken by the relationship he his trapped in, and realizes that he needs to break out of it. That is at least what I see. This version does change the famous "I don't know, Nan molla," to "I don't know, I don't know." Just because of this non-official fan chant line, I do prefer the Korean version to the Japanese Version; however, I do love BTS singing in any language.

Airplane pt. 2 - Japanese ver.
Airplane pt. 2 is the continuation to J-Hope's (first on the right) mix-tape Airplane. Airplane pt.2 seems to be the story of BTS and how they achieved their goals. It tells the story of a boy who enjoyed music and decided to pursue it. He went through many failures and struggles, but in the end, everything has paid off. Now they are all traveling the world, conquering every edge of the Earth with their music. Airplane pt. 2 has a nice Latin feeling to it that just makes you want to dance.
FAKE LOVE - Japanese ver. / Remix
Round of applause for Namjoon (second from the right) for putting his original version of the song into this album. This remix gives the heartfelt song a club like feeling. It makes the song more passionate about the meaning with the addition of the trap beat in the background. The remix in the background is also the same remix from their comeback stage, just changed to fit the new Japanese album.
